The exhibit will be open Tue-Sat, 10 am to 4 pm. The fees to view the exhibit will be: $5.00 Adult, $3.00 Student, Children, Members & Military are Free. There are two items for auction. click here for the auction. . Click here to for the poster.
There will be a presentation on November 24th at 7PM about the Legacy of the American Indian Civil rights Law by Brice Obermeyer. The presentation is free to the public and made possible by the Kansas Humanities Council.

Home Town Teams
The Hometown Teams partner exhibit will feature multiple activities that will enhance the themes of the traveling Smithsonian exhibition and provide an opportunity to engage all ages in baseball events. Click here to read more.
Special announcement for this Friday (November 14) Luncheon: Navajo playwright, director, and actor Rhiana Yazzie will be the guest speaker. The luncheon will consist of stew, sweet potatoes, corn casserole, berry cobblers, tea and coffee. Reservations are due by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12th. Click here for nore information.
Luncheons are held each month on the second Friday at 12 Noon from September through May. There are only special events during the summer months. Be sure to make reservations each month. The current month's newsletter lists the menu for the day.

2014 Craft Fair
The Craft Fair will be held December 6, 2014 form 8AM to 2PM. Click here for an application for a booth.
The Art Center is presenting a three day Watercolor workshop.
Be sure to read about all the activities associated with art at the Museum. If you are a professional artist, you can apply for your own art exhibit (subject to approval).

The Indian Room, located in the basement in the Western Room, is full of special artifacts and paintings relating to the various Indian tribes in America. Included is a large buffalo robe once used by Dustin Hoffman in a movie.

Wi-FI is now available in the museum for your use. You can research your family history or other research items.. You can bring your own computer, or use one of the computers available. The WIFI and the coffee bar are open during regular business hours.
We have a new fund Raiser with Schwans.com. Please use the Campaign ID of 3132 when ordering. The museum will be getting a portion of each sale during the year campaign. A sample order form is here.
